Abstract submission will follow the timeline below. Please make sure to prepare your contribution accordingly:

01.12.2025: Opening of abstract submission
15.02.2026: Deadline of abstract submission
15.03.2026: Authors notification of acceptance

Abstract format

Please use the following Overleaf template to prepare your submission.
Authors are asked to submit a 1-page PDF file (maximum size: 5 MB).

How to submit

Abstracts must be submitted by email to euromech668@flow.tu-berlin.de as a single-page PDF, including figures and references. Authors should clearly highlight the new or significant contributions of their work and must follow the formatting instructions provided in the Overleaf template above, ensuring that the full author list, affiliations, and the presenting author are clearly identified. We recommend using concise, high-quality figures and ensuring that all references are complete.
