Abstract Submission

Important dates

Abstract submission will follow the timeline below. Please make sure to prepare your contribution accordingly:

• 01.12.2025: Opening of abstract submission
• 15.02.2026: Deadline of abstract submission
• 15.03.2026: Authors notification of acceptance

Abstract format

A LaTeX template, fully compatible with Overleaf, will be provided before the opening of submissions.
Authors are asked to submit a 1-page PDF file (maximum size: 5 MB).

How to submit

Abstracts will be collected by email. Submission instructions and the dedicated email address will be announced once the submission opens.
